Student of the Month: Lucas

We love our students! They inspire us, they challenge us, they make us laugh and smile. But most importantly, they are each wonderful, unique individuals getting ready to go out into the world and make amazing things happen! That’s why we are highlighting one of our amazing students every month.

Meet this month’s featured student: Lucas!

Lucas has been playing piano with us for two years. He's got an infectious sense of humor. And, as you might suspect from his interview below, he's a big fan of Sherlock Holmes!

What do you enjoy most about playing music?

Learning something new every time I practice plus there are so many instruments that make different sounds which is really cool.

Do you have a favorite musical memory?

When I got to perform in front of my family at the recital and we went to my favorite sushi place.

What is your favorite song to play?

The Mario Theme Song.

What is a song you would like to learn to play?

The Minecraft Theme Song.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

Continue my detective career and study to be a scientist.
