Developing a long term love for music is one of our greatest passions. Unlike sports that rely on the seasons, music is enjoyed year round. And since we know families are busy, we have a very simple ongoing enrollment process for your child's Harmony Garden experience.

Once enrolled, you’re part of our Harmony Garden family. There’s never a need to re-enroll. Your spot is held in your class until you need to switch to another class or withdraw. The learning continues as your child grows and graduates into each new class level when the time is right!

The studio is closed for a few holiday breaks throughout the year, typically coinciding with major holidays and school breaks. See our studio calendar for this year’s holiday breaks.

  • Membership fees are charged automatically on the 1st of the month to your credit card on file. No refund will be given for families who cancel enrollment after the 1st of the month.

Need to update your billing info? Log into your account anytime or reach out to our office for help.

Monthly membership payments do not reflect a certain number of classes or lessons in a month. Your membership includes all classes in an entire year plus all other membership inclusions divided into equal payments for your convenience. Holidays/closings are taken into account.

See individual program pages for full lists of membership inclusions.

  • We know that sometimes life simply gets in the way of the most carefully made plans.

If you need to miss your class or lesson, please alert our office at music@harmonygardenmusic.com or (845) 522-2737 as soon as possible.

If you need to miss a group class, you may use our easy online make-up scheduler in your account to schedule a make-up.

If you need to miss a private lesson, notify us as soon as possible. If your child is sick but able to take a lesson, we will gladly provide an engaging online lesson via Zoom or Google Meet at your regular lesson time.

If you are unable to attend an in-person or online lesson, your teacher will use your lesson time to create an engaging Missed Lesson Assignment in Practice Space with new material for your child to practice before their next lesson

If your teacher is sick or has an emergency that makes them unable to meet for your lesson, a sub will be provided or the lesson rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time.

  • Kids grow fast and are ready to move up to the next class before we know it. And sometimes schedules change. Use our easy Change My Enrollment form to alert our office if you need to:

    • Switch your class day or time

    • Move up to the next class level

    • Change your lesson day, time, or teacher

    • Withdraw from the program

  • Research shows that it’s the continuity and longevity of an ongoing educational experience that most benefits development. This is why we ask that you commit to your program for at least one month at a time. The longer you stay enrolled, the more you will witness your child’s skills and confidence soar!

And don’t forget our Happiness Guarantee: A stellar experience for you and your young musician is absolutely guaranteed. If after 6 classes or lessons you are not 100% happy, we will refund you any remaining paid tuition on your account. Any materials you've received from your class will be yours to keep and enjoy.

  • Private lesson students and KeyNotes will need a suitable instrument to for home practice. We are always happy to help you find a quality and affordable instrument to rent or purchase. Just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to advise!
