Student of the Month: Kaylee
We love our students! They inspire us, they challenge us, they make us laugh and smile. But most importantly, they are each wonderful, unique individuals getting ready to go out into the world and make amazing things happen! That’s why we are highlighting one of our amazing students every month.
This month's featured student is Kaylee!
Kaylee’s piano teacher, Susie, has the most lovely things to say about her: “It has been a pleasure getting to work with Kaylee! She is a dedicated student who thoroughly dives into any challenge I give her. She has risen to challenges and continually looks to improve her skills every lesson. She is kind and compassionate and always comes to lessons with a smile, ready to learn. Playing piano with Kaylee has been wonderful, and I am looking forward to many more musical adventures with her. She has a beautiful and bright future! “
What do you enjoy most about music?
I enjoy getting to play beautiful pieces and make them sound great through practice!
Do you have a favorite musical memory?
My favorite musical memory is being inspired by some of my best friends who are now going to college for music composition and teaching.
What’s your favorite song to play?
My favorite song to play is In the Mood.
What is a song you would like to learn?
I would love to learn Johnny B Goode.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to be a United States History teacher.
What is your favorite color?
My favorite color is olive green.
What animal would you be, if you were not a human?
I would be a horse.
If you could have any superpower what would it be?
I would have the super power to be super smart.
