Get Ready to Dance!

Children LOVE to MOVE!  And it’s no wonder – for the first several years of life, movement is the greatest method through which children learn about themselves and the world around them.

And research shows that children learn and grow best when in an environment that is fun and rich in imagination.

Harness all of that energetic movement along with your child’s natural love of music, dance, and imagination in a dance class perfect for his or her age.

The dance classes led by Miss Kerry are fantastic! Her energy and interaction with the children is great and the kids really like her. It’s great to see my child act out little pieces of Red Riding Hood all while learning basic dance moves.”

Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!

Join us for an exciting afternoon of circus fun. We will read a circus book and explore many movements inspired by all the joy and spectacle under the big top! Stomp like an elephant, leap with the lions, walk the tightrope, and practice all your tricks with the clowns. The class will also include a circus-themed craft and our famous obstacle course.  Plus, each child will receive an elephant plush to take home!

Please dress your dancer in dance clothes or anything comfortable to move around in.

Parents are invited to quietly enjoy watching their independent dancers from outside the dancing area, and are welcome to assist their children during craft time.

This class is limited to 8 children.  Registration ends September 20.  Save your spot today!

“We have been doing dance classes from the start. It is such a positive, upbeat and relaxed atmosphere for the children!  I love the creativity involved and how comfortable the children are.  Kerry is absolutely wonderful with the children and has a wonderful way of incorporating and engaging all of the children in the activities.”
